Put every payment back into your business.

See your transaction records, the assets you received and payment status, and understand what happens to the funds after the sale. The Merchant App is organized around the questions merchants ask every day, so you can handle each transaction with the facts in front of you.

Which order is this payment for?

Start from the order to see the amount, time and payment result. When a customer asks or your accountant checks, use the records to find the transaction.

On-chain details such as the transaction hash help with checks, but running your business day to day still needs order details you can recognize.

“How much did we take today?” depends on what you count.

Total takings, refunds, fees and available funds are different numbers. When you look at how business is going, you should know exactly what each figure means, rather than reading every amount as a balance you can withdraw right away.

Reporting periods and breakdowns by channel or store depend on the features in your version.

Which asset arrived, and on which network?

The asset and the payment network need to be identified separately. The same asset name can travel by different routes on different networks, and a fiat reference value doesn't mean anything has been converted.

When the app shows a reference amount, read it with its pricing currency and update time.

After payment is confirmed, keep track of the funds.

“Payment confirmed” means the transaction meets the payment rules. If your service includes later booking, conversion, settlement or withdrawal, each of those stages has its own status to check.

An order can be fully paid while its funds are still being processed.

The right people handle the right information.

Staff, owners and finance teams do different jobs. Before you start, confirm what each role can see and do, and whether you need store management, refund permissions or data export.

Each merchant sees transactions within their own permissions, and different merchants' records are kept apart. Multi-store summaries depend on real store ownership and permissions.
